I make a protein shake with Light Vanilla every morning, so I've gotten pretty creative. One REALLY good one is what I've named the Banana Bread Smoothie. Blend (1) One cup light Vanilla 8th Continent Soymilk (2) One Banana (3) Large dash cinnamon (4) Small dash nutmeg (5) Once scoop protein powder. Okay, I know that's only 5 ingredients, but if you count the blender, cup and bubble tea straw I use to drink it, that makes 8! Mmmmm, enjoy!

1 Ingredients:
1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1 banana
large dash of cinnamon
small dash nutmeg
1 scoop protein powder
Instructions:
Blend everything and enjoy! Use a fat bubble tea straw to really slurp it down.
