LillianLove's 4AM Swagger Snack
Need a late night snack? Want a great way to avoid a hangover? Well if 4am comes a little too soon and your standing, or perhaps laying, in front of the refrigerator heres a delicious and healthy snack for you! Just say NO to Taco Bell; you don't need it. Instead frappe' up this snack--swagger included, of course. 1. Start off with a big splash of Light Vanilla 8th Continent Soymilk...a 'splash' because who has time to measure at 4am, plus you only have 88 seconds..so get splashing! 2. Throw in your favorite fruits, organic of course: strawberries, mango, and banana preferred. Perfect! 3. Add some low fat yogurt, because being...errr...'regular' is always a good thing :) 4. A dash of vanilla extract for a little zing!! 5. Blend in some coconut milk and top if off with a simple granola--now that is decadence.
Eight ingredients in 88 seconds, now that's a late night snack that won't pack on the pounds so go ahead and have that extra Margarita, shamelessly of course!
1 cup 8th Continent Light Soy Milk
1-2 cups fruit to taste (strawberries, mango, banana; frozen or fresh)
1 cup low fat yogurt
dash vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut milk
granola for topping
Blend ingredients, top with granola.
