Ingredients: 

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt 1 cup mango or peach chunks 1 1/4 cups 8th Continent® original soymilk 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions: 

1. In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

I'm incorporating this smoothie into my diet.  I don't feel deprived at all because it's so tasty!
