Ingredients: 

1 medium banana, cut into chunks 2 cups 8th Continent® light chocolate soymilk 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

1. In blender or food processor, place banana, soymilk, instant coffee granules and vanilla. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until blended. 2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
